Weekly Implementation Status Reports were posted during public Beta Trial period
The Water Balance Model powered by QUALHYMO was in public Beta Trial mode throughout 2008. The QA/QC process was completed in December 2008 and the Beta Trail designation was removed. During the Beta Trial period, the Inter-Governmental Partnership posted weekly status reports so that users were kept informed. Also,users provided feedback on their experiences so that the IGP could address issues of concern.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Updated web interface has been uploaded and full functionality has been restored
On December 17, 2008 the Inter-Governmental Partnership announced the conclusion of an intensive verification/validation process, and the uploading of an updated Water Balance Model web interface - thereby restoring full functionality of the model.

Tiered Access Protocol once again in effect - Free "Trial Accounts" extended to 30 days
Now that the usability enhancements identifed by a Users Focus Group in July 2008 have been implemented, the Tiered Access Protocol has been reinstituted. The duration for Trial Accounts has been increased from 7-days to 30-days.
